You may request a return or exchange if the product is received in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that have been worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution.
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, you may submit an exchange request within the eligible return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will assist you with an alternative solution.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, William Trenton will cover the applicable return shipping costs. For returns requested due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the standard return procedure outlined in this policy.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package without a valid reason, William Trenton reserves the right to cancel the order or deduct applicable shipping charges from any eligible refund.
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon arrival. William Trenton reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.
William Trenton currently delivers to customers in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.
